WHEREAS, Ming Dun Kong and Chao Qin Lin, Owners, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Chateau Custom Home Builders,
Inc., for the construction of a residential dwelling on Lot 5, Phase I for
~mpden Station, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described
' Exhibit"A- hereto attached.
NOW, ~7 ~ , 2003, at the time of and immediately before execution
of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the
said Owners to Contractor to commence construction, or purchase materials for
the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor
and the further consideration of One Dollar to Contractor paid by Owner it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against said real estate or improvements
erected thereon by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the
materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the said construction,
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hand and seal the day and year aforesaid.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land located in the Township of Hampden, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being shown and designated as Lot 5 on a
plan entitled "Final Subdivision Plan - Phase I for Hampden Station", by Dawood
Engineering, Inc., plan dated November 18, 1999 and last revised April 27, 2000.
Said parcel being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin to be set along the eastern right-of-way line of Armitage Way
at the dividing line between Lot 4 and Lot 5 as shown on the above said plan;
Thence along Lot 4, South 79 degrees 57 minutes 46 seconds East a distance of 116.74
feet to an iron pin to be set along lands now or formerly of Pamay Development Co., Inc.;
Thence along said land, South 12 degrees 26 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of
100.09 feet to an iron pin to be set at the dividing line between Lot 5 and Lot 6;
Thence along Lot 6, North 79 degrees 57 minutes 46 seconds West a distance of 112.55
feet to an iron pin to be set along the eastern right-of-way line of Armitage Way;
Thence along Armitage Way, North 10 degrees 02 minutes 14 seconds East, a distance
of 100.00 feet to an iron pin to be set at the dividing line between Lot 4 and Lot 5, the place
of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.2632 acres or 11,465 square feet more or less.
SUBJECT to a proposed 20' storm sewer easement (as shown on said plan) and all
covenants and agreements of record.
