AND NOW, this 14th day of December, 2001, upon consideration of Appellant's
Petition for Appeal from a Suspension of Operating Privilege/ Denial of Driver's
License/ Suspension of Motor Vehicle Registration, and it appearing that Appellant's
appeal is based upon a collateral attack upon his conviction in Florida, the appeal is
denied and the action of Appellee said to have been dated October 29, 2001 (a copy was
not attached to the petition) is affirmed. See Commonwealth Dep't of Transp. v. Barco,
656 A.2d 544, 547 (Pa. Commw. Ct. 1994).
