On 11/6/98 mortgagor(s) made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to ALLIED BANCSHARES MORTGAGE GROUP, LLC which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of CUMBERLAND County, in Mortgage Book No. 1496, Page 564.
