ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in the Township of East Peoosboro County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, in accordance to
the Final Subdivision Plan for Floribunda Heights, Phase II, Section VIII, dated January 23, 1997,
prepared by Melham Associates, PC, and recorded in Plan Book 74, Page 33, viz;
BEGINNING at a point on the southern side of Cherish Drive at the northeastern corner of Lot
No. 0-10 on the above mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the eastern side of Lot No. 0-10, South 10
degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West, 185.44 feet to a point at the northern line of Plan of Floribunda
Heights, Phase II Section VII; thence along the said northern line of Plan of Floribunda Heights, Phase
