HomeMy WebLinkAbout01-06977 ~ I 01- fd977 li7t.JJ ~ STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS THIS AGREEMENT made this loth day of December 2001, by and between McCorkel Construction Services, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Cont~actor, AND Har.mony Hall Court Condominium Association, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to construct improvements and units including common elements and limited common elements on Phase 3 of the Land Development Plan for Har.mony Hall Court Condominium which Land Development Plan refers to land in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is recorded in Plan Book Bl.\ , Page '1-.;;1. See legal descriptions attached as Exhibit "A". NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for an in consideration of th~s.um~,.of. ($1.
