ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of East Pennsboro, County of
Cnmberland, Commonwealth ofPeunsylvania more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Sycamore Court (50 feet wide) at the dividing
line between Lots #81 and #80 future Phase #5 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan; thence along
the southern right-of-way line of Sycamore Court North 80 degrees 14 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance
of 75,00 feet to a point; thence by a curve, curving to the right having a radius of 25,00 feet and an arc
length of 39,27 feet to a point on the western right-of-way line of Maplewood Lane (50 feet wide); thence
