STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, CARLISLE SENIOR HOUSING ASSOCIATES, INC., is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with E & G ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, LLC.,
for lighting renovations at their facility located at One West Penn Street, in Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said CARLISLE SENIOR HOUSING ASSOCIATES, INC.
to the said E & G ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, LLC. To commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said Contract
with E & G ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, LLC. and the further consideration of One Dollar
to be paid by the Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor for the renovations at said building, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.
