The land referred to in this Commitment is described as follows:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN three (3) tracts of land situate in Silver Spring Township Cumberland County
Pennsylvania, and described in accordance with survey dated October 9, 1986: of Robert G. Hartman, R.S. as
follows:
TRACT NO.1:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of the Carlisle Pike (U.S. Route #11, L.R. #34) at the line
of land now or late of Guy J. DePasquale, said point being located a distance of Four Hundred Fifty-four and
Forty-two One-Hundredths(454.42) feet west of the western right-of-way line of Maple Drive (a 33-foot
right-of-wa)'); thence from said point of Beginning, by said southern right-of-way line of Carlisle Pike, south
eighty-six (86) degrees forty-five (45) minutes zero (00) seconds east, a distance of One Hundred Ninety-nine
and Twenty-eight One- Hundredths (199.28) feet to a point; thence by the line of Tract No.2 hereinafter
described, south eight (8) degrees eleven (11) minutes thirty-three (33) seconds west, a distance of One Hundred
Eighty-nine an Eighty-eight One Hundredths (189.88) feet to a point at the terminus of a curve on the western

line of a 50-foot unnamed right-of-way; thence by said northern right-of-way line, north eighty-six (86) degrees

(86.56) feet to a point; thence by the line of land now or late of C.!. Landscaping and land now or late of Guy J.
DePasquale, north six (06) degrees fifteen (15) minutes twenty-three (23) seconds east, a distance of Five
Hundred Ninteen and Twenty-three One-Hundredths (519.23) feet to a point on the southern right-of-way line of
the Carlisle Pike, the place of BEGINNING.

the northern right-of way line of Birch Street (a 33 foot right-of-way); thence by said northern right-of-way line of

west, a distance of Ninety-three and Twenty-five One-Hundredths (93.25) feet to a point; thence by the line of

distahce of One Hundred Forty-six and Twenty-six One-Hundredths (146.26) feet to a point on the southern
right-of-way line of the Carlisle Pike; thence by southern right-of-way line of Carlisle Pike, south eighty-six (86)
degrees forty-fIVe (45) minutes zero (00) seconds east, a distance of Eighty-four and Eighty-three
One-Hundredths (84.83) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.

BEING the same tracts with improvements thereon erected which Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company,
successor to Dauphin Deposit Trust Company, Executor of the Estate of Fred Fiala, deceased, by deed dated
