Defendant shall not abuse, harass, stalk or threaten any of the above persons in any place where they might be found. 2. Pending the outcome of the final hearing in this matter, Plaintiff is awarded temporary custody of the following minor child/ren: 1. Evan Grove Until the final hearing, all contact between Defendant and the child/ren shall be limited to the following: Defendant shall have physical custody of the child every other week from Sunday at noon until the following Sunday at 5:00 p.m. Defendant's weekly period shall begin Sunday, December 30, 2001. Parties shall share Christmas Day with mother having the child from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and father having the child 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. The local law enforcement agency in the jurisdiction where the child/ren are located shall ensure that the child/ren are placed in the care and control ofthe Plaintiff in accordance with the terms of this Order. 6. The following additional relief is granted: Defendant is prohibited from having any contact with Plaintiffs relatives and Plaintiffs children listed in this petition, except as the court may find necessary with respect to partial custody and/or visitation with the minor child. The facts of the most recent incident of abuse are as follows: On about Monday, December 10, 2001 at approximately 6:20PM location: Plaintiff's Residence The father of one of Plaintiff's children came to Plaintiff's door and asked if the children wanted to see a puppy in his vehicle. Plaintiff took the children outside to see the puppy and Defendant came running from the side of the house and grabbed at their child who was in Plaintiff's arms. Defendant pushed, pulled, and forcefully shoved Plaintiff to the pavement, causing her pain and injuring her back. Plaintiff contacted the Shippensburg Police Department who filed harassment charges against Defendant. Plaintiff sought medical treatment for her injuries. 16. The police department(s) or law enforcement agencies that should be provided with a copy of the protection order are: Shippensburg Police Department 17. There is an immediate and present danger of further abuse from the Defendant. 18.
