Promissory Note
$10,000.00
Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania
November 21, 2001
On November 21, 2001, the undersigned ("Borrower") promises to pay to the order of Larry
Warner, Sr. the principal sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) upon the sale of the
properties now owned by Mark A. Mateya and Patricia A. Mateya, located in West Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. If for any reason this property is not sold, the
prmcipal will be paid by Borrower to Larry Warner, Sr. as stated herein.
1. Borrower agrees to pay to Larry Warner Sr. the interest on principal amount of tlris
note then due, begi..luring November 21", 2001, Ujltilsuch principal-amount has been
repaid in full, monthly in arrears on the fifteenth (15th) day of each month
.commencing December 15th, 2001, at an annual rate of eight (8) percent.
2. Commencing May 1, 2002, Borrower agrees to pay in sixty (60) consecutive monthly
installments of one hundred sixty-six dollars and sixty-seven cents ($166.67) each,
beginning on May 15th, 2002, and continuing on the fifteenth (15th) day of each month
thereafter, through and including April 15th, 2007, or until paid in full.
3. Borrower further promises to grant Larry Warner Sr. a security interest or lien on
properties located in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
now owned by Mark A. Mateya and Patricia A. Mateya on or about May 1, 2002, to
be satisfied upon payment in full of principal amount of this note.
4. Borrower iJereby authorizes and empowers any Attorney of any Court of Records
of PennsyIvania, or elsewhere, to appear for and to enter Judgment against him for
the above sum with or without declaration, with cost of suit, release of errors,
without stay of executi<ln, and.with five percent added for collecting fees; and I
also waive the right of inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to
collect. this-note, ahd do'llerebyvoluntarily condemn the same and authorize the
Prothonotary to enter upon the Fl. FA. said voluntary condemnation, and we
further agree said estate may be sold on a Fl. FA. and borrower hereby waives and
release all relief from any and all appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any
State, now in force, or hereafterlo be passed.
Both principal and interest are payable in lawful money of the United States of America at Larry
Warner Sr.' s home address in Boiling Springs, Pa, in funds immediately available to him.

RELEASE OF JUDGMENTS AND LIENS

This RELEASE OF JUDGMENTS AND LIENS is made as of this 25th day of
September, 2002, by Larry Warner.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, lender is the holder of that certain Promissory Note, signed November 21,
2001 and filed with the Cumberland County Prothonotary's Office December 21, 2001, which
Note is secured by land, located in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, owned by
Mark A. Mateya and Patricia A. Mateya.
WHEREAS, Borrower has requested and Lender has agreed to release any judgments or
liens related to the property referred to above for the consideration of Nine Thousand, Four
Hundred and Nine Dollars and Fifty Cents ($9,409.50).
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration ofthe foregoing, and for good and
valuable consideration, Lender has remised, released, quit-claimed, exonerated and discharged,
and by these presents, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge unto Borrower
the Property, and hereby releases the Promissory Note and releases any and all liens or
judgments of any kind related hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Release of Judgment and Liens has been duly executed
the day and year first above written.
