Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Inverness
Drive, a 50 foot wide street, said point being the southwestern corner
of Lot No. 68; thence along said right-of-way line along a curve to the
left having a radius of 1525.00 feet and an arc length of 81.01 feet,
said arc being subtended by a chord of South 75 degrees 05 minutes 31
