AND NOW, this 2nd day of April, 2007, upon
consideration of the First and Final Account filed in the
above-captioned matter, the objections of Sonja L. Brunner and
Jeffrey D. Apgar filed to the First and Final Account, the order
dated March 8, 2007, striking the objections as untimely, and the
petition To Reconsider Objections of Sonja L. Brunner and Jeffrey
D. Apgar, and following a proceeding held on this date at which
counsel stipulated to certain 'facts and to the authenticity of
certain exhibits, it is ordered and directed as follows:
1. The Petition To Reconsider Objections of
Sonja L. Brunner and Jeffrey D. Apgar is granted, the order
confirming the First and Final Account in this matter is vacated,
and the objections of Sonja L. Brunner and Jeffrey D. Apgar to
the First and Final Account are reinstated.
2. Stephen D. Tiley, Esquire, is appointed
auditor with respect to the objections.
