IRREVOCABLE DISCLAIMER AND RENUNCIATION
I, CAROLYN L. KUNKEL, an adult individual residing at 537 Bridgeview Drive,
Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, given the death of my spouse, W. Minster Kunkel (hereinafter "My
Spouse") on July 21, 2006, do hereby exercise the right granted to me under Chapter 62 of the
Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa.C.S.A. Section 6201 et seq., and
Sections 2046 and 2518 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), and
irrevocably, absolutely and without qualification, forever disclaim, renounce, release and refuse all
of my right, title, claim or interest in the following:
1. The one-half survivorship interest in the following personal property titled in the
name of My Spouse and myself, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety passing to me by
survivorship as a result of My Spouse's death:

2. The following assets passing to me under ITEM 3(a) of My Spouse's Last Will
and Testament dated December 20, 2001 and, in the case of the one-half interest in the Ocean
Reef Club, Inc. Patron Membership Certificate, as a direct result of my Disclaimer and
Renunciation of the one-half survivorship interests pursuant to Paragraph 1 above:
One-Half Interest in Ocean Reef Club, Inc. Patron
Membership Certificate No. 135 dated September 8,
1993 - Y2 of equity refund upon sale of membership
$160,000.00
20% Limited Partnership Interest in Sogno Partners, a
Pennsylvania Limited Partnership
$40,000.00
Total
$200,000.00
3. All income, interest and dividends received, accrued or payable on the assets
disclaimed and all redemption or sales proceeds from such disclaimed assets.
And I have not intended to accept or otherwise acted to accept the said one-half
survivorship interest in the above disclaimed assets since the death of My Spouse.
This Disclaimer and Renunciation in no way affects my right to the other undivided one-
half entirety interest in the above real and personal property that I possessed prior to My Spouse's
death and still possess.
Except as specifically provided herein, the within Disclaimer and Renunciation shall not
include a disclaimer of any other interests passing to me as a consequence of the death of My
Spouse, whether distributable to me by survivorship, operation of law, intestacy, contract, inter

vivos transfer or testamentary disposition pursuant to ITEM 3(a) or any other ITEM of My
Spouse's Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, and intending that
this Irrevocable Disclaimer and Renunciation shall be filed of record in the Office of the Clerk of
the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, I have
hereunto set my hand to this Irrevocable Disclaimer and Renunciation this ~ day of March,
