1. Estate Information Sheet.
2. An original and one copy of the Inheritance Tax Return together with a check payable to
Register of Wills, Agent in the amount of$1,772.84 to cover the tax liability shown to be
due. This check represents a 3 month payment of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax.
Make sure the check is marked as received within the 3 month discount period.
3. A check payable to the Register of Wills in the amount of $15 to cover the filing fee,for
the Inheritance Tax Return. '
Please time stamp and return our file copy of the tax return. A return envelope is
provided.
