MILLER I, KEITH R. MILLER, presently of 2343 McCleary Drive, Greene Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding, do hereby declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all wills and codicils previously made by me. FIRST I direct that my debts and expenses of my last illness and funeral be paid from my estate. SECOND My spouse, JUANITA COOK MILLER, and I have previously entered into an Antenuptial Agreement executed on August 15, 1995, under the terms of which my spouse does not expect to receive any distribution under this will. However, I direct that the implicit survivorship provisions in the deed to our residence property be honored, to wit, that the survivor of us should become fully vested with the ownership of the property. Beginning with an initial payment as of my death, and then during the remainder of her lifetime, she may withdraw from the Trust fund the amount of 6% of its value in each year determined as of the anniversary date of my death. My daughter, APRIL A. SANDERLIN, is appointed as successor Trustee, and she shall distribute the remaining funds of the Trust to herself and her sisters, CATHY A. MILLER, HEATHER A. MILLER, and WENDY A. HARDIE, the child or children of any deceased child to take their parent's share equally. b. In the event that my wife predeceases me, I give my entire estate in equal shares to my four daughters, per stirpes. FIFTH Lastly, I appoint my spouse, JUANITA COOK MILLER, as Personal Representative of this will, but if she should fail to qualify or cease to act as such, I then appoint my daughter, APRIL A.
