Real Estate
Real Estate - All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having erected
thereon a dwelling house being known and numbred as 312 East Coover
Street, Mechanlcsburg, Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by John B.
Milliken and Mary Ellen Milliken, husband and wife, by Deed dated November
2, 1956 and recorded November 5, 1956 In the Cumberland County Recorder
of Deeds Office, a copy of said Deed being attached hereto and incorporated
herein. The said Mary Ellen Milliken died October 7,2002, whereupon full and
complete title became vested solely In John B. MIlliken, the Decedent herein.
The above-described real estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement for the
Sale of Real Estated dated September 13, 2006, a copy of which Is attached
hereto and incorporated herein. Final settlement took place on September 29,
2006. A copy of the Deed conveying said real estate, along with a copy of the
Settlement Statement, are attached hereto and Incorporated herein. The sale
price of the real estate was $140,000.00.
