Any attorney's fees will be added to whatever you owe us, which may
also include our reasor.able costs. If you Oure the defaul t by
12/03/98, you will not be required to pay attorney's fees.

If you have not cured the default by 12/03/98, and foreclosure
prooeedings have begun, you will still have the right to cure the
defaul t and prevent the sale at any time up to one hour before the
Sheriff's foreclosure sale, You may do so by paying the total amount
of the unpaid monthly payrnents plus any late charges, chat'ges then
due, as well as the reasonable attorney's fees and costs connected
