He is married to the Defendant. 8. The mother of the children is Cheryl K. Wolfe, who currently resides at 8 Forge Road, Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 1701 \, She is married to the PlaintilT. 9, The relationship of the Plaintiff to the children is that of father, The PlaintilT currently resides with the parties' three children listed in paragraph number three (3) above, 10, The relationship of Defendant to the children is that of mother, The Defendant currently resides with the following persons: Douglas Koozer Defendant's brother Cheri Koozer Defendant's sister-in-law 11. Plaintiff has not participatcd as a party or witness, or in another capacity, in other litigation concerning the custody of the children in this or another courL 12. Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the children pending in a Court of this Commonwealth, 13, PlaintilT docs not know ofa person not a party to the proceedings who has physical cllstody of thc childrcn or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the children, to day decl~lon~ shall be the responsibility of the parent then having physical custody. However, that parent shall inform the other parent of the emergency and consult with him or her as soon as possible. Each party shall he entitled to complete and full Information from allY dOC'lor, dentist, teacher, professional or authority and to have copies of any reports given 10 either party as a parent. 2. Father, Bradford L. Wolfe, shall have primRry physical custody of the subject minor children. 3. Mother, Cheryl K. Wolfe, shall have partiRI physical custody of the minor children In accordance with the following schedule: a) Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. b) Every other weekend from Friday at 6:00 p.m. until Sunday at 6:00 p.m. c) As to Eric M. Wolfe and Cole S. Wolfe only, from 7: 15 a.m. until 7:45 a.m. on school days ceasing when the child commences attendance in the sixth (6th) grade. d) Every Thanksgiving Day from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. c) Every December 24th from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00p.m. /) Every December 26th from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. g) At other times mutually agreed upon by the parties. 4. The parties shall determine how transportation of the children shall be shllred between the parties. 5. The parties will alternate the following major holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day. The holiday schedule is from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and will begin with Mother having Easter In 1999. 6. Father shall have custody on Father's Day and Mother shall have custody on Mother's Day. 7. Both parents are entitled to two (2) non-consecutive weeks ofunlntemlpted custody during the childrens' summer vacation from school. It Is understood that a week is defined as seven (7) days. Each parent shall provide the other with at least thirty (30) days nolice of his/her intention to exercise the summer custody period. 8. During any period of custody 01' visitation the parties shall not possess or use any controlled substances, neither shall they consume alcoholic nor shall they use tobacco products. The parties shlllllikewise assure, to the extent possible, that other household members and/or house guests comply with this prohibition. 9. The parties shall, at all times, foster a positive, meaningful and loving relationship between the children and the other parent, and neither parent shall say or do anything which would cast the other parent ill an unfavorable or negative light to the children, it being specifically agreed that neither parent shall make any detrimental or disparaging commcnts about the other parent to . the children or in the presence of the children that would in any way denigrate -. custody. With regard to any emergency declMions which must be made, the parent having physical custody of thc chlldrcn at the time of the emergelllJY shall be permitted to mllke uny immediate decisions necessitated thereby. However, that parelll shall int(Jrm the other parent of the cmergency and consult with him or her as soon as possible.
