S&A CUSTOM BUILT HOMES, INC. and to
provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for ~~e const=uction and
erection- or "the alteration and repair of (a) bui~ding(s) upon tho~e certain'"
pieces or parcels of land situtated in North M~ddleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEING the same property which DONALD L. MOYER, single man, granted
and conveyed to RANey J. HENRY, single man, by deed dated December 22,
1995, and recorded in eeed Book 133, Page 16, and being Lot 3, Plan of
Cathryn Brewbaker (Plan Book 55, Page 63), known and numbered'as 66t
willow Grove 'Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

NOY, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and be~.een ~~e said
par~ies, as par~ of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-cont=accor O~
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials t.o the said'
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a.~echanic's
lien, for work done or materials fu~ished to the said building or' any part
cb.ereoi.
This Stipulation is made and intended to be filed with ~~e Coun~J
Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance wi~h requi=emencs
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in.such case provided,
