15. It is adm.itted that the PJ:aintiff appeared pro se
pursuant to a Court Order from Bucks County to attend a APL
conference on December 3D, 1998. It 1.s admittfld that following
that appearance Plaintiff contact attorney Thomas D. Gould to have
him file a divorce action in the marital domicile county,
Cumberland, By way of further answer, attorney Gould had
previously written Defendant's attorney and advised him that if the
Defendant proceeded with the divorce action in Bucks County, that
he would fUe a Complaint in Cumberland County. A copy of that
letter is attached as exhibit A.
16, Adm.itted that there is an API. hearing scheduled for
January 28, ] 999 in Bucks County. Denied that the Divorce

hearing in Bucks County. By way of further answer, as stated in
paragraph. 15, the Plaintiff had advised Defendant of his i.ntent to
file a Divorce Complaint in Cumberland long before an APL hearing
was scheduled in Bucks County, In addition, all witnesses,

Cumberland County. The only connection of Bucks County is the
allegati on tha tat the time the Divorce Compi aint was f Ued
defendant resIded somewhere in Bucks County.

that Plaintiff treated Defendant as a sex slave or forced her into

it was a list of expectations to which both parties had agreed.
18. Denied that Plaintiff, by filing a Divorce Complaint in
the county of domicile, is an attempt to cut off aU sources of
in60me for the Defendant. Plaintiff filed his Complaint in Divorce
in Cumberland County because it is the appropriate venue for this
divorce action. It was the county of domicile throughout the
marriage, all marital property Is in Cumberland County and
witnesses to the allegations are in Cumberland County. The filing
and litigation of thls divorce action in Cumberland County would
not effect Defendant's source of income, By way of further answer,
Defendant has claimed that she has no employment of other source of
income in Bucks County or any other location.
19, Admitted that Defendant is an alien. It is denied that
alien's are not permitted to work in Pennsylvania. It is unknown
whether Defendant is eligible for welfare assistance, therefore
strict proof Is demanded.
20, Denied that Plaintiff demanded $10,000.00 from Defendant.
After reasonable investigation plaintiff is without sufficient
knowledge or information to form a belief as to the truth of the
allegation that Defendant did not have $10,000.00 since Defendant
never shared her personal financial information with Plaintiff. By
way of further answer, Defendant attempted to bribe Plaintiff with
an offer of $10,000.00 to influence him in signing immigration
documents changIng her status. PlaintHf refused to accept the
bribe and refused to sign the documents. lnunediately following
that verbal exchange which occurred In Cumberland Count.y ill the
presence of Defendant's paramour, Defendant left the marital
resident and has not returned.
21. la) After reasonable investigation Plaintiff is without
sufficIent knowledge or information to form a belief as to the
truth of the averment.. By way of further answer, if Defendant is
eligible for pro bono legal services in Bucks County, such services
should also be available to her in Cumberland County,
Ib) After reasonable .1.nvestigation Plaintiff is without
sufficient knowledge or information to form a belief as to the
truth of the al1.egation, By way of further answer, shelters are
