Dear Mr. Lu:
We propose to furnish all materials and to perform all labor
necessary to complete the following proposal,
1. Have drawings stamped by a Registered Architect,
2, Have drawings approved by the Department of Labor & Industry.
3, Submit drawings to Township for approval,
4. Furnish six fire extinguishers as required; installlltion of
fire extinguishers by owner.
5, Furnish and install a new fire suppression system for the main
and rear kitchen hoods.
6. Kitchen hood work as follows:
A. Remove and disoard existing six-foot hood,
B. Fabricate and install a new 6' -0" x 4' -0" x 24" grease
hood with filter rack, stainless steel filters, one
light, and complete make-up air system; new welded duct
through roof connecting to existing exhaust fan; new
insulated stainless steel ceiling panels,
C. Remove existing 18 - foot stainless steel hood. Fabricate
and install stainless steel insulated ceiling panels and
new stainless steel flat wall panels; reinstall la-foot
hood with existing exhaust duct and fan.
0, Remove existing ten-foot sta.i.nless steel hood; fabrioate
and illstall new stainless steel insulated ceiling panels
and new stainless steel flat wall panels.
