Nine and 69/100 ($63,659.69) Dollars made by Advanta Finance, a PA corporation, to Delendant(s), the said
Defendant(s) executed and delivered to Advanta Finance, a PA corporation, a "Note" secured oy a Mortgage
with the Defendant(s) as mortgagor(s) and Advanta Finance, as mortgagee, which mortgage was recorded
on the 22nd day of March, 1996, in the Office of the Rl'eorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, in Mortgage
