An illuatration of good faith effort to looate the defendant includea (1)
inquirea of poatal authorities iucluding iuquiries purauant to the Freedom of
Infol'llation Aot, 39 C.F.R. Part 265, (2) inquiries of relativea neighbora,
frianda and ellployero of the Defendant and (3) eKaminatious of looal telephone
