consider.ation of the attached CUstody Conciii~tion Repo!:'t, it is order'ed
and directed as follows:
1. The Father, Lar.ry 'rroy Haller, and the Mother, Sandra Ann Hegedus,
shall have shared legal custody of Alexandra Treasure Haller, born October
17, 1997. Each parent shall have an equal right, to be exercised jointly
with the other parent, to make all major non-emergency decisions affecting
the Child's general well-being inclUding, but not limited to, all decisions
regarding her health, education and ['eligion.
2. The parties shall have shared physical custody of the Child in
accordance with the following schedule:
A. Except as provided in subparagraph B, the Mother shall have
custoc1)' of the Child every week fran Saturday at 5:00 p.m. until
t,he following Monday at 5:00 p.m. and every day during the week
fran Tuesday through Friday fran 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The
f'ather shall have custody of the Child at all other times not
otherwise specified for the Mother.
B. On the last full weekend of every nonth (defined as the last
weekend of the month which includes both Saturday and Sunday), the
Father shall have custody of the Child from Friday at 5:00 p.m.
until the fOllowing Monday norning at 7:00 a.m. Irrrr.ediately
following the father's weekend period of custody with the Child,
the Mother shall have custody of the Child from Monday at 7:00
a.m. until Tuesday at 5:00 p.m., in addition to her daytime
periodS of custody on Wednesday through Fr.iday as stated in
subparagraph A.
3. The parties shall share or. alter.nate having custody of the Child
on holidays as follows:
A. CIIRISTMAS: In ever.y year., the Mother. shall have custody of
the Child fr.om Chr.istmas Eve at 4:00 p.m. thr.ough Christmas Day at
2:00 p.m. ~'he ~'ather. shall have custody of the Child from
Christmas Day at 2:00 p.m. thr.ough December. 27 at 7:00 p.m.
