owners, of Cumberland County, Pcrmsylvunia.und DICKINSON TOWNSHII', u Pennsylvania
municipality, with oftiee~; at 219 Mountain View Road. Mount Holly Springs, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, equitablc title owner, all hereinafter collectively referred to as "OWNER".
Whcreby the former undertook and agreed to construct a roof on a mill structure which is
situate in Dickinson Township. Cumbel'land County, Pennsylvania. being known as the "Burnitz
, Mill" property, as more partieull1r1y hounded and described according to deed recorded in
Cumberland County Deed Book "W", Volume 34, Page 431.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEM";NT WITNESSETH: That the said
CONTRACTOR, for and in considerution of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to it in hand paid by
OWNER. the rcceipt whcreof is herehy acknowledged, and the turthcr consideration mentioned
in the agrecmcnt aforesaid, for himself and his subcontractors, und all parties acting through or
undcr him, covenant and ugree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall he /iled or maintuined by
lhmn or any of them ugainst the said building and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished hy him or any of them undcr said contruct or
. otherwise. for. towards. in. or about thc construction of the said roof on the mill structure above
described. und the said CONTRACTOR, for himsdf, his subcontractors and others under him
