AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitors, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and Jennifer B. Hipp,
Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against TAM~Y S.
ANDERSON, an adult individual, owning property located at 1353
Zimmerman Road, Carlisle, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17013, her last known mailing address being: 1353
Zimmerman Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. TAM,Pr S. ANDERSON
is the owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any
improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in
accordance with a Final Subdivision Plan for Raymond Diehl,
as recorded in the Cumberland County Plan Book 37, Page 56,
as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike in the center line of Zimmerman Road
(Township Route 553) at the corner of land now or formerly
of Gerald Butler; thence by said land now or formerly of
Gerald Butler South 75 degrees 53 minutes 12 seconds West
511.90 feet to a point; thence by land now or formerly of
Marlin Stoner North 2 degrees 57 minutes 36 seconds West
94.88 feet to a point on the dividing line between Lots Nos.
1 and 2 on the aforementioned subdivision plan; thence by
said dividing line North 75 degrees 53 minutes 12 seconds
East 464.67 feet to a spike in the center line of Zimmerman
Road aforesaid; thence by the center line of Zimmerman Road
South 31 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East 97.46 feet to
the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.993 acres (including right-of-way) and being
Lot No. 1 on the aforementioned Subdivision Plan.
HAVING thereon erected a single family dwelling house with
mailing address of 1353 Zimmerman Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Barry L. Anderson, by deed
dated April 23, 1991, and recorded May 23, 1991, in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book
"C", Volume 35, Page 1162, granted and conveyed unto Tammy
S. Anderson, Owner.

Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from May 23, 2001 through and including March 31, 2003. Said
Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed
pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a
Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority
imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each
improved property served or to be served by the Authority's sewer
system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and

Ordinances, including, but not necessarily limited to, Monroe
Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township Ordinance
No. 99-6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of
such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are
the statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority
to Tammy S. Anderson for sewerage due to be treated from May 23,
2001 through March 31, 2003, which services total is in the
amount of $1,214.40, which sum was duly assessed against Tammy S.
Anderson, and the real property described herein from the date of
said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum,
with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with
penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal
lien is claimed against the above-described real property and
premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207,
§7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal
Claims and Tax Liens).

Dear Ms. Anderson:
I write to you on behalf of the Monroe Township Municipal Authority relative to
your sewer account #1002. This account is delinquent. As of the last'billing
notice, same being dated 2/15/03, the delinquency is in the amount of $1,209.06.
The purpose of this letter is to request that this account be brought current. If the
account is not brought current within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter, a
Municipal Lien will be placed against real estate owned by you, same being
known and numbered as 1353 Zimmerman Road, Carlisle, PA. This will result
in filing fees, service costs and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred
with respect to the collection of this delinquent account will be assessed.
Attorney's fees will be charged at the current rate. Attorney's fees will be
imposed and/or assessed if this amount remains delinquent after thirty (30) days
from mailing of this notice (if by certified mail) or within ten (10) days after mailing
of this notice (if by regular mail). The imposition of assessment of attorney's fees
may be avoided by your making payment in fuji of the delinquency within ten (10)
days of receipt of this letter as set forth herein.
