WHEREAS, JAMES E. LARGENT, JR. and JUDITH C. LARGENT, his wife, have
executed a contract with ~or'~t~,N~ cusror~ co~r~c-~, :~t~c ,, of 35 Chelsea Lane, Carlisle,
PA 17013 for the erection of a residential dwelling upon a tract of land situate on LOT 5, KINGS
GAP ESTATES, CARLISLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA, more particularly described in the
deed of L.B. PHILLIPS, JR. to JAMES E. LARGENT, JR. and JUDITH C. LARGENT, his wife,
dated JUNE ,2003, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for CumberLand
County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book PAge , and being a vacant lot in DICKINSON
TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA.
NOW, JUNE 6, 2003, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said
Contractor to commence work on said buil~!ng, or to purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contra:t with the said Contractor and the further
consideration of the sum of One and no/100 ($1.00) Dollar to Contractor paid by said Owners, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor or materials
purchased or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
