Defendalll further Ihl'llalened 10 kill Plninlitl'when ~he told hilll she was ending their relationship because of his violent behavior. Fearing Defendanl would kill her and her children, Plaintiff left her home with her children for their protection and to avoid further abuse, 8. Defendant has eoml11iued the following prior acts of abuse aguinst Plaintitl. and her minor children: a, In or about l11id-Deccmber 1998, Defendant told Plaintitl'that he fantasized a scene where he would give her fal11i1y members Ihcir Christmas gills then shoot himself in their presence. In another incident during December, Defendant yelled at Plaintiff and pounded his fist 011 the table with such force thai he broke his wristwatch, causing Plaintiff to fear for her safely and that of her fal11ily. b, In or aboUI NOllel11ber 1998, Defendanlgrabbed Plaintiffby the front of her shirt, jerked her about, ripped her shirt, and Ihrew a pedeslal fan at her causing her to have to move to avoid being struck by the fan. Plainliff sustained red marks about her neck as a result of this incident. e, In 01' about late Novcmber 1998, Defendant becnme angry because Plaintiff's 9-month old infant son, Shannon, was crying, and kicked the walker the baby was siUing in sending the walker and child rolling across the 11001'. d. In or about Augusl 1998, when 6-month old Shannon would not stop crying, Defendant threw the baby onte the bed. e. In or about summer 1997, Defendant argued with Plaintitl'as she was in her car leaving for work, weill into thc garagc, relurllcd wilh a can of gasoline, and Ihreatened to burn down Plaintiffs homc f. In or about Junc 1997, Defcndant shoved Plainliffabout, choked her, and poured beer over her head 8, In 01' about March 1997, Detendant shoved Plaintitl'about, pressed his finger against her sternum foreet\Jlly, and threw an ironing board at her causing her to have to 1110ve to avoid being struck by it. Plaintiff sustained bruising and sorencss on her chcst us a rcsult of this Incident. h, Since approxil11ately spring 1997, Defendant has abused Plaintiff in ways including, but not limited to, shoving, grabbing, slapping, choking, throwing objects at her such liS u pedestal fan, an ironing board, and other household objects, restraining her by blocking doorways with his body, refusing 10 let her leave the house, controlling her, intimidating her by drawing back his fist causing her to fear he was going to hit her, threatcning to punch her, threatening to kill her and threatening to kill himself. In addition, Defendant has been abusive to Plaintitrs twin infant sons, Shannon and Shea Dolan (now II months old), in ways including, but not limited to, yelling and screaming at the children, tlieking his fingers against Shannon's head when he cries, throwing him onto the bcd, kicking the baby's walker whilc he was in it, and threatening Plaintiff saying, "I'll kill those bastard children of yours. " 9, The following police depurtments 01' law enforcement agcncies in thc urea in which Plaintifflives should be provided with a copy ofthe Protection Order East Pennsboro Township and Mcchanicsburg Police Dcpartment. 10. Thcre is an immediatc and presenl dangcr of further abuse from Defendant. II, Plaintiff is asking the Coun to evicland exclude Dcfendant frol11 the residence at 100 Valley Street, Summerdale, Cumberland County, Pennsylvaniu, which is owned in the name of Plaintiff, Debra Ann Dolan.
