STIPULATION
1, Kathy Trayer is the natural mother of Carrie McGee, born August 1, 1982,
2, The natural father is unknown,
3, George and Debra Chaposky, Sr, by stipulation dated January 26, 1999
received primary physical and legal custody of the minor child from the natural mother
Kathy Trayer,
4, By Court Order dated January 27, 1999 the Honorable Edgar B, Bayley
adopted the Stipulation as an Order of Court,
5, The parties hereto, namely George and Debra Chaposky, Sr, and Kathy
Trayer enter this Stipulation to provide that natural mother, Kathy Trayer, will retake
physical and legal custody of the minor child from the Plaintiffs,
6, By entering this Stipulation, George and Debra Chaposky, Sr. relinquish
all rights to custody and visitation of the minor child, Carrie McGee, to her natural
mother, Kathy Trayer,
7, This Stipulation shall be entered as an Order of Court reflecting this
change of primary, legal and physical custody of the child.
