LEGAL DESCRIPTION - Lot 20
ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land situate in Middlesex
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and shown as Lot
No. 20 in the Redwood Hill Subdivision Plan dated January 12,
1988 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cumberland County in Miscellaneous Book 55, at Page 128, more
fully bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point along Redwood Drive being the southwest
corner of lot No. 19 on the aforesaid plan; thence north
forty-five (45) degrees, nineteen (19) minutes, nineteen, (19)
seconds east along the line of the aforesaid lot no. 19 on
the aforesaid plan a distance of two hundred ninety-five and
'sixty-one one-hundredths (295.61) feet to a point; thence
south forty-four (44) degrees, forty (40) minutes, forty-one
(4l) seconds east along the line with lot no. 24 and 23 on
the aforesaid plan a distance of one hundred eighty-five and
'eighteen one-hundredths (185.18) feet to a point; thence
south forty-five (45) degrees, nineteen (19) minutes,
nineteen (19) seconds west along the line with the aforesaid
lot no. 21 on the aforesaid Plan, a distance of two hundred
ninety-three and eleven one-hundredths (293.11) feet to a
point along Redwood Drive; thence continuing along the curve
of Redwood Drive a radius of two hundred eighty-six and
sixty-seven one-hundredths (286.67) feet an arc distance of
thirty and forty-three one-hundredths (30.43) feet to a point
along the said Redwood Drive: thence continuing along Redwood
Drive north forty-four (44) degrees fifty-seven minutes (57)
sixteen (16) seconds west a distance of one hundred fifty-
four and eighty-two (154.82) feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to all right-of-ways, streets and easements
of record.
CONTAINING 1.191 Acres, more or less.
BEING PART of THE SAME premises Ralph Deitz and Linda Deitz
by deed dated July 21, 1980, and recorded July 21, 1980, in
the Office of the recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Deed Book L, Volume 33, Page 98 granted and
conveyed unto Northern Construction Associates, a
Pennsylvania Partnership.
