July 12, 1999 at 12:13 o'clock P.M.EDST, she posted a copy of real Estate Writ Notice
Poster and Description in the above entitled action upon the property of David Patrick
Wagner located at 350 Carlisle Road, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
according to law.
R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, says he made
diligent search and inquiry for the within named defendant to wit: David Patrick Wagner,
but was unable to locate him in his bailiwick. He therefore returns the within Real Estate
Writ Notice Poster and Description NOT FOUND as to the defendant David Patrick
Wagner.
R. Thomas Kline, Sheirff, who being duly sworn according to law, says he served the
above Real Estate Writ Notice Poster and Description in the following manner: The
Sheriff mailed a notice of the pendency of the action to the defendant David Patrick
Wagner by Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, Restricted Delivery, Deliver To
Addressee Only to his last known address 350 Carlisle Road, Newville, Pennsylvania.
This letter was mailed under the date of July 23, 1999 and received by David Patrick
Wagner on July 26, 1999 the return receipt card signed by David P. Wagner.

above Real Estate Writ Notice Poster and Description in the following manner: The
Sheriff mailed a notice of the pendency of the action to. the within named defendant to
wit: David Patrick Wagner by regular mail to his last known address 350 Carlisle Road,
Newville, Pennsylvania. This letter was mailed tmder the date oUuly 27, 1999 and
returned to the Sheriffs Office on September 19, 1999 with reason checked Moved Left
no Forwarding Address.

October 19, 1999 at 2:30 o'clock P.M. EDST, she served a true copy of Real Estate Writ
Notice Poster and Description, in the above entitled action upon the within named
defendant to wit: David P. Wagner, by making known unto Attorney James Jones
attorney for David Wagner at Cumberland County, Sheriffs Department, One Court
House Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, its contents and at the same time handing to him
personally the said true and attested copies of the same.
R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, says that after due and
legal notice had been given according to law, exposed the within described premises at
. public venue or out cry at Court House, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on
December 8, 1999 at 10:00 o'clock A.M. EDST and sold the same for the urn 01'$ 1.00 to
Attorney William Duncan for Keystone Financial Bank N.A. It being the highest bid and
best price received for the same Keystone Financial Bank N.A. of 1415 Ritner Highway,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania being the buyer in this execution to Sheriff R. Thomas Kline, the
sum of $ 1,094.22 it being costs.

1. The property to be sold pursuant to the above captioned judgment is all that certain
tract of real estate known and numbered as 350 Carlisle Road, Newville, West Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as mo{e fully described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
2. The judgment of the Court in which the sale is being held is Civil Term 1999-808
in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. The name of the owner ofthe property to be sold pursuant to the above captioned
judgment is David Patrick Wagner, of350 Carlisle Road, Newville, Pennsylvania, also known
to reside at 111 Conodoquinet Mob. Estate, Newville, Pennsylvania, 17241.
4. The time and the place ofthe Sheriff Sale is 10 o'clock A.M., September 1,1999
in the County Commissioner's Conference Room, Second Floor, Cumberland County Court
