The Father., Et'ic R. Stambaugh, and the Mother., Jody C. Stambaugh, shall have shar.ed legal custody of Ryan E. Stambaugh, bom September. 7, 1995. Each par.ent shall have an equal right, to be exercised jointly with the other. parent, to make all major non-emergency decisions affecting the Child's general well-being including, but not limited to, all decisions' regarding his health, education and religion. 2. The par.ties shall shar.e having physical custody of the Child on a week on/week off basis with the exchange of custody to take place every Sunday at a time to be arr.anged, by agreement of the parties. The alternating weekly schedule shall begin with the Father having custody of the Child on Sunday, April 18, 1999. Dut'ing the Father's weekly pet'iods of custody, the Mothet' shall have a period of custody with the Child from ,Wednesday after day care until Thursday morning before day care. During the Mother's weekly periods of custody, the Father shall have a period of custody wi th the Child from Thur.sday after. day care until Fr.iday morning before day care. 3. The par.ties shall shar.e or. altemate havi'ng custody of the Child on holidays as follows: A. CIlRIS'l'MAS: The Chdstmas holiday shall be divided into Segment A, which shall run fr.om Cht'istmas Eve at 12:00 noon thr.ough Cht'istmas Day ,at 12:00 noon, and Segment B, which shall run from Cht'istmas Day at 12:00 noon until December 26 at 12:00 noon. The Father shall have custody of the Child dudng Segment A in odd numbered years and dudng Segment B in even nuIDbered year.s. The Mother. shall have custody of the Child dut'ing Segment A in even numbered year.s and dut'ing segment B in odd number.ed years. B. THANKSGIVING: 'In every year, the Mother shall have custody of theChi1d fr.om ,after. day care on the Wednesday befor.e Thanksgiving through Thanksgiving Day at 1:00 p.m. and the Father shall have custody of the Child from Thanksgiving Day at 1:00 p.m. thr.ough the following Friday before day car.e.
