STIPUlATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the I SOl day of February, 1999, by and
between Sechrist/Kreiser Construction, Inc., of 701 Jenna Court,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
Contractor, AND MICHAEL F. BRITT, of 2 North Locust street, Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a residential
dwelling on 'that certain lot of ground situate on Ariel Court, in
Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot
No. 2-3 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Deerhaven-Phase I, said
plan being recorded in Plan Book 77, Page 44. Being the same
premises which John M. Knaub by Deed dated October 8, 1998 and
recorded October 14, 1998 in the Cumberland County Recorder of
Deeds Office in Deed Book 187, Page 99, granted and conveyed unto
Michael F. Britt.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and
all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and

On this, the /7-11, day of February, 1999, before me, the
undersigned officer, personally appeared Michael F. Britt, known
to me (or satisfactorily proven) to be the person whose name is
subscribed to the within instrument and acknowledged that he
executed the same for the purposes therein contained.

Notary public, personally appeared Eric L. Sechrist, known to me
to be the person whose name is subscribed as President, and who
acknowledges himself to be the said officer of Sechrist/Kreiser
Construction, Inc., a corporation, and that he as such officer,
being authorized to do so, executed the foregoing statement for
the purposes therein contained by signing the name of the
corporation by himself as said officer.
