2. Defendant is ROBIN R. JENKINS, who currently resides at 101 Vaughn Road,
Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff and defendant have been bona fide residents in the Commonwealth for
at least six months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The plaintiff and defendant were married on July 02, 1990 at Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the
parties.
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that plaintiff may
have the right to require the parties to participate in counseling.
8. Plaintiff requests the court to enter a decree of divorce.

III. INVENTORY APPRAISAL
a. Real Fctnte:
The marital property at 101 Vaughn Road, Shippensburg has been
transferred to Defendant-Wife by deed. Plaintiff-Husband made significant
improvements to the property. The property is worth significantly more than
the value at the time of transfer. The value of these improvements, paid by
Plaintiff- Husband is equal to or greater than $20,000 in costs and $25,000 in
labor.

X. PLAINTIFF - HUSBAND'S PROPOSED ECONOMIC RESOLUTION
Plaintiff-Husband proposes that the Defendant-Wife reimburse the Plaintiff-
Husband for the improvements made to the marital home. The specific
amounts requested are $20,000 in costs and $25,000 for labor at
approximately 1,000 hours at a rate of $25 per hour. The Plaintiff-Husband
signed off to the deed on the marital property in 1993; however, his name
was never removed from the mortgage obligation to said property.
Defendant had failed to pay the mortgage for a significant time, which had a
detrimental effect on Plaintiff's credit. Plaintiff requests that Defendant take
whatever steps necessary to remove Plaintiff's name from the mortgage.
2. Plaintiff is seeking the return of personal property to include furniture, that
belonged to his grandmother, a wood stove, and assorted camping
equipment.
