plaintiff USA and against the defendant, Nicholas D. Duncan
f/k/a Jurgan N. Weigan in the sum as follows: Principal and
advances in the amount of $71,018.55; unpaid interest
through December 31, 1997, in the amount of $11,913.15;
Interest credit subject to recapture, $9.669.00; plus
interest accruing from December 31, 1997 at the daily rate
of $14.9352 to the date of the judgment; plus interest from
the date of judgment at the legal rate of 4.616 percent
until paid in full, together with costs in the amount of
$99.50 and for foreclosure and sale of the mortgaged
premises located at 1817 Walnut Botton Road, Newville,
