upon review of the Conciliator's Report, it appearing that the
parties have reached an agreement and this agreement was dictated
in their presence and approved by them, it is hereby ordered and
directed as follows:
1. The parties shall share legal custody of their minor
children, Mark E. Rehrer, Jr., d.o.b. February 7, 1989
and Christa Rehrer, d.o.b. July 3, 1991. Mother shall
have primary physical custody of the minor children
subject to periods of partial custody and visitation with
Father as follows:
A. On alternating weekends from Friday at 4: 00 p.m.
until Sunday at 4:00 p.m.
This alternating
schedule begins on April l6~, 1999 and alternates
thereafter.
2. The parties will share the holidays as agreed upon.
3. Both parties shall be entitled to ono (1) uninterruptod
week of vacation w1Lh !.tie children during the surruner
months. Both parties will provide each other with thirty
(30) days advance notice as to when they intend to
exercise this week of exclusive custody.
4. Such other times as the parties may agree.
