The best interest and permanent welfare of the child will be served by granting the relief requested for the following reasons: a. The child has spent a significant part of her life living with Plaintiffs; b. Plaintiffs are able to give the child stability; c. the parties have previously agreed that it is in the best interest ofthe child to maintain contact with Plaintiffs. 8. Bollinger shall enjoy periods of visitation with the minor child as follows: A. One Saturday every month from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. B. At such other times as agreed upon by the parties. Exchange of custody between the Potters and the Bollingers shall be accomplished at Mautzabaughs Grocery Store in Duncannon unless agreed otherwise by the parties. 3.
