in other Iitigaiton concerning the custody of the child in this or another court,
Plaintiffs have no information of a custody proceeding concerning the child
pending in a court of this Commonwealth.
Plaintiffs do not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has physical
custody of the child or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the child.
7. The best interest and permanent welfare of the child will be served by granting
the relief requested for the following reasons:
a. The child has spent a significant part of her life living with Plaintiffs;
b. Plaintiffs are able to give the child stability;
c. the parties have previously agreed that it is in the best interest ofthe
child to maintain contact with Plaintiffs.
8. Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been terminated and the
person who has physical custody of the child has been named as parties to this action.

I. Danny H, Potter and Karen M. Potter shall enjoy primary legal and physicn1 custody
of Brittany R, Mellot, born March 8, 1994.
2. Larry Bollinger and Alison K. Bollinger shall enjoy periods of visitation with the
minor child as follows:
A. One Saturday every month from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
B. At such other times as agreed upon by the parties.
Exchange of custody between the Potters and the Bollingers shall be
accomplished at Mautzabaughs Grocery Store in Duncannon unless
agreed otherwise by the parties.
3. The Mother, Christina Rodriguez, shall enjoy periods of temporary custody of the
minor child as the parties may agree.
