mortgage was assigned to MELLON MORTGACE COMPANY which

thereon are collectible forthwith, A copy 01 such notice is

First Union Mortgage Corporation is the holder of the mortgage on your property located at 141
EMERSON DR, which mortgage is in SERIOUS DEFAULT because you have not made the current
monthly payment of 891.50 for 11/01/1998 through 1210111998. Late charges (and other charges) have
also occurred in the amount of 65,26, The total amount now required to cure this default, or in other
words, get caught up in your payments, as of the date of this letter is 1848.26,
You may dispute the validity of the debt or any portion thereof, If you do so in writing within thirty (30)
days of receipt of this letter. we will obtain and provide you with written veritication thereof; otherwise,
the debt will be assumed to be valid, Likewise. if requested within thirty (30) days of receipt of this letter,
