Plaintiffs. John D. Williams and Paula S. Williams. by and through their attomeys. Johnson. Duffie.
Stewart & Weidner. hereby bring this action to quiet tlUe against Defendant. Evelyn M. Beckley. her heirs
and assigns. and allege as follows:
1. Plaintiffs are John D. Williams and Paula S, Williams, whose current address is 400 Summit
Street. Lemoyne. Cumberland County. Pennsylvania.
2. Defendants are Evelyn M. Beckley, her heirs and assigns, whose current addresses are
unknown.
3. Plaintiffs are in actual possession of the following real estate situate in Cumberland County.
Pennsylvania, and more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of
Lemoyne. County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows. to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Summit Avenue which point is
located at the northwest iron pin of land now or formerly of Donald C. & Jo
Ann Musselman; thence in a westwardly direction along a curve to the left
having a radius of 1423.70 feet and an arc length of 11,88 feet to a point;
thence In a southerly direction South 09 degrees 38 minutes 02 degrees East
a distance of 149,95 feet to a polnt on the northern line of Frazer Road;
thence easterly along a curve to the right having a radius of 211.45 feet and
an arc length of 8,27 feet to a point located at the southwestern corner of land
now or formerly of Donald C. & Jo Ann Musselman; thence North 11 degroes
00 minutes 37 seconds West a distance of 150.61 feet to a point; the point
and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1,512 square feet, 0,03 acres.
BEING THE EASTERN PORTION OF THE PROPERTY bordering lands now
or formerly of Donald C. & Jo Ann Musselman and lands now or formerly of I.
Thomas & Carol H. Furlong. Also as described on a Properly Plat of 400
Summit Avenue and 414 North Fourth Street prepared by R.J. Fisher &
Associates. Inc.. dated April 14, 1998.
4. Plaintiffs purchased the property described above from their predecessors in interest on or
about May 14, 1998, which property is also identified as Tax Parcel No. 21.265 ParcelS.
5. Plaintiffs have been, by themselves and their predecessors in interest, In the actual,
exclusive, continuous, visible, notorious and adverse possession of the properly above described
continuously for sixty (60) years prior to the filing of this Complaint, claiming to own the same In fee against
the whole world, and have paid taxes of every kind, levied or assessed, against the properly during lhe
periOd of sixty (60) years continuously next preceding the filing of this Complaint.
6. Defendants may claim and assert an interest or interests therein adverse to the Plaintiffs,
however these claims are without any right whatsoever, and the Defendants have no estate, right, tille, or
interest whatsoever in the above referenced, or any part thereof.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs request that this Court order Defendant, her heirs and assigns, to bring an
action in ejectment within 30 days from the entry of the Order pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 1066 (b)(1), or be
forever barred from asserting any right, claim, lien, tille, or interest to said parcel, inconsistent with the
interest of Plaintiffs.
