First the paint, at numerous locAtions on the roof, right at the standing seams, 1a blistering and peeling off. I know your explanation before was that there was a buildup of water from the ice. However, this peeling is so widespread that I can't buy that explanation, seoond, the individual that I had linod up to paint the roof (with my assistanoe) is now not able to do so. Aooordingly, I will have to obtain another oontraotor to give me an estimate to repaint the roof, inoluding oleaning off the bli~tered paint before applying a new coat, The offer to release yO\! for $500 is therefore withdrawn, eince I have no idea how muoh this will cost. Further., sinoe the problem is so widospr.ead, I feel you should be responsible for repainting the whole roof, not just a patoh job, If you have any desire to be involved in the selection of the contraotor or if you wish to do the repainting yourself, please give me a oall.
