In the event Katlyn. is involved in a meaical emergency, the party who has phys~.cal custody of her will immediately contact the other. party The parties will keep one another advised of regular docto r dentist, and/or optometrist appointments in advance of there taking place. Ir. the event it becomes necessary to charge Katlyn's physician, Father will advise Mother cf. the nel~i doctor caring for her. Furthermore, both parties may have access to all '~ information regarding Katlyn's education. Th.e parties will observe the following schedule for holidays as follows: In 2012, Father will have Katlyn for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day and Mother will.l have Katlyn for Easter and Christmas Eve. In 2013, Father will have Katlyn for Easter and Christmas Eve and Mother, will have Katlyn for 'T'hanksgiving and Christmas Day. Custody of the child on those holidays shall extend from 9;00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Father and Mother will communicate and arrang6~ other holidays: New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of Ju~_y and ',Labor Day shortly before each upcoming holiday.
