Cumberland County Map Book 77, Page 93, and beinn more. fully desoribed as
Bet forth iu SchedUle A, attached hereto and by this reference inoorporuted
herein.
NOW, Maroh lU, 1999, at the time of and immediately before the exeoution
of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the
Baid Ownere to the said Contractor to co~nence work on the lIuid builcling and
other improvements, or to purchase materials for the Rame in consideration
of the making of said coutract with said Owners, and the further considera-
tion of the sum of One ($1,00) Dollar, to Contractor paid by said owners,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed ugainst the building or lot of
ground by the Contraotor, or any sub-contractor, nor ~y uny of the material-
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, materials purchased or
extra labor or material~ purchased for the erection of said building and
other improvements, the right to file such liena being expressly waived.
