TBIS westerly one-half (!/2) of Chestnut Street, as'described
herein, is the portion of what has besn denominated as Chestnut
Street, which has been abandoned by the Borough of Mechanicsburg.
AS such, the Grantor herein conveys to the Grantee, any and all
rights, title and interest that it has to the above-described
westerly one-half (1/2) of Chestnut Street.
EXCEPTING AND R~SERVING unto the Grantor, its successors and
assigns, the full, free liberty and right, at all times hereafter
forever, to have and use the eastern twelve.and five tenths
(12.5) feet of the abandoned westerly one-half (1/2) of Chestnut
Street, as described hereinabove (Parcel No. 2), along and
adjacent to the eastern bo%kndary line of the property being
conveyed herein by Grantor to Grantee, as described hereinabove
(Parcel No. 1), as well as the eastern twelve and five tenths
(12.5) feet of that aba/ldoned portion of Chestnut Street along
and adjacent to other lands of the Mechanicsburg Area Public
