the default. However, if legal proceedings are started, in order
to cure the default you will have to pay the reasonable attorney
fees actually incurred and you may also be required to pay reasonable
costs. If you cure the default within the 30 day period, you will
not be required to pay attorney fees,
If you have not cured the default within the 30 day period and
foreclosure proceedings have begun, you still have the right to cure
the default and prevent the sale at any time up to one hour before the
sheriff's sale. You may do so by paying the total amount of overdue
payments plus any late or other charges then due, as well as the

to her personally the said true and attested copies of the same,

Sheriff mailed a notice of the pendency of the action to the within named defendant to

Street. West Fairview, Pennsylvania. This letter was mailed under the date of October 12,
1999 and never returned to the Sheriffs Office.
R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff who being duly sworn according to law, says that after due and
legal notice had been given according to law, exposed the within described premises at
public venue leg; ~utcry at Court House. Carlisle. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on
December 8, _ at 10:00 0' clock AM. EDST and sold the same for the sum of $ 1,00
to Attorney Dale Shughart, Jr. for Federal National Mortgage Association. It being the
highest bid and best price received for the same Federal National Mortgage Association
