STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS. Richard W. Poller and Ann F. POller, of 640 Devonshire Drive. Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with Norman Elam,
of 127 E. Yellow Breeches Drive, Pennsylvania. for the erection ofa building situate at Lot No.
8 of Downing Street. Carlisle. Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
ALL THAT certain piece or parcel of land, situate in North Middleton Township. Cumberland
County. Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows. to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of a public road; thence by same North seventy-seven (77)
degrees forty-seven (47) minutes East, a distance of nine hundred thirty-five and two-tenths
(935.2) feet to a point in the center of a private road or lane. and along lands now or formerly of
Roy Miller, South sixteen (16) degrees forty-seven (47) minutes East a distance of twenty-seven
hundred eighty-seven and thirty.three hundredths (2787.33) feet to a point; thence by same South
Eight (8) degrees West a distance of fifteen hundred twenty (1520) feet, more or less. to the low
water mark of the Connodoguinet Creek; thcnce by low water mark of the above creck, North
seventy-four (74) degrees eighteen (18) minutes West a distance of two hundred seventy-nine
and seventy-four hundredths (279.74) feet. more or less; thence along lands of the Grantor
(Lancaster Y.M.C.A.) North eleven (I I) degrees fifteen (15) minutes West a distance of two
thousand (2000) feet, more or less, to a stake; thence by same North nine (9) degrees fifteen (15)
minutes West a distance of seven hundred sixty-four and eight-tenths (764.8) feet to a stake;
thence by same North five (5) degrees forty (40) minutes West a distance of two hundred thirty-
three and eighty-eight hundredths (233.88) feet to a stake; thence by same North sixty-six (66)
degrees fifty-four (54) minutes West a distance of one hundred eleven and five-tenths (I 1.5) feet
to a stake; thence by same North fifty (50) degrees four (04) minutes West a distance of one
hundred eighty-four and nine-tenths (184.9) feet to a stake; thence by the same North forty-three
