WHEREAS, PATRICIA K, BRENCKLE and DENNIS p, BRENCKLE of Hummelstown,
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with CRAWFORD
CONSTRUCTION, INC., of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, for the erection ofa building upon
premises commonly known as LOT NO, 5 RICH VALLEY MANOR, SILVER SPRING TWI'.
MECHjqlCSBURG, CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as set fOrlh in the deed dated
March .jlo.. , 1999, recorded at Deed Book , Page , in the Recorder's Office
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is
incorporated herein and attached hereto,
NOW, March 10l~ 1999, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said
Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purcbased
for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived,
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid,

in the Final Subdivision Plan of Rich Valley Manor, Phase II, prepared by Hartman & Associates,
and recorded in the Oflice of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
in Plan Book 64, Page II, more particularly hounded and described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a poinl, said point being localed on the Easlern Right-of-Way line of Rich
Valley Road (S,R, 1009) atlhe end of a curve connecling the Northern Righl-of-Way line of
Willow Mill Park Road with the Easlern Right-of-Way line of Rich Valley Road; thence along the
Eastern Right-of-Way line of Rich Valley Road, North 44 degrees 49 minules 30 seconds West,
a distance of 211.07 feel to a point, lhence long lhe same, Norlh 45 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds
East, a distance of25,OO feel to a point, thence along the same, North 44 degrees 49 minutes 30
