IMC Mortgage Company (hereinafler "IMC"), by its attorneys. Grenen & Birsie,
P.C., files this Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure as follows:
I. The Plaintiff is IMC, which has its principal place of business at 5901 East
Fowler A venue, Tampa, Florida 33617 and is authorized to do business in the Commonweallh of
Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant, William R. Rhoads, is an individual whose last known address
is 12 Michaux Drive, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241.
3. On or about Febmary 24. 1998, Defendant executed an Adjustable Rate Note
(hereinafler "Note") in favor of Residential Money Centers, Inc. in the original principal amount
of$63,OOO.OO A true and correct copy of said Note is marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
4. On or about February 24, 1998, as security for payment of the aforesaid Note,
Defendant made, executed and delivered to Residential Money Centers, Inc. a Mortgage in the
original principal amount of $63.000.00 on the premises hereinafter described, said Mortgage

Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western side of Michaux Drive, said point being also on the
division line between Lot No. 7 A and land now or late of Jacob Coulson on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence South 5 degrees 43 minutes 20 seconds West, one hundred forty-two
and fifty-seven hundredths (142.57) feet to a point on a ten (10) feet wide private lane; thence South

BEGINNING at a point on the western side of Michaux Drive, said point being also on the
division line between Lot No.7 A and land now or late of Jacob Coulson on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence South 5 degrees 43 minutes 20 seconds West. one hundred fony-two
and fifty-seven hundredths (142.57) feet to a point on a ten (10) feet wide private lane; thence South
