STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT mode this 30_ day of /JMt,(.\ 1999, by and
between D. CULLY, INC., D/B/A C & C CONSTRUCTION, A PennsylvanIa
Corporal/on. hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
CHRISTOPHER M. MORROW AND JODI L. MORRIS, single persons hereinafter
referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to
erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground situate in North
MIddleton TownshIp, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
and more fufty described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof known as lot 38 Phose II. North Ridge. North Middleton Township.
Carlisle. P A 17013.
NOW THEREFORE. THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor.
for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Doftar to Contractor in hand paid
by OWner. the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. and the further
consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid. for itself, himself or
themselves and its. his or their subcontractors. and aft parties acting through or
under them. covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shaft be
filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the
lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise.
for. towards. in. or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on
the lot above described. and the said Contractor, for itself. himself or
themselves. its. his or their subcontractors and others under them. hereby
expressly waive and relinquish the right to have. file. and maintain any
mechanic's liens or claims against the said bUildings or any of them. and agree
that this instrument. waiving the right of lien, shaft be an independent
covenant.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in North Middleton Township,
CUmberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwestern side of Regal View (50
feet wide) at the northwestern corner of Lot No. 39 on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along Lot No. 39 South
78 degrees 11 minutes 47 seconds West 125.00 feet to a point at
other land of Fred A. Gettys; thence by said Gettys land North 11
degrees 48 minutes 13 seconds West a distance of 106.34 feet to a
point at the southwestern side of Skyline View (50 foot right of
way); thence along the southwestern side of Skyline View North 78
degrees 11 minutes 47 seconds East a distance of 114.00 feet to a
point; thence along Skyline View by a curve to the right having a
radius of 11,00 an arc length of 17.28 feet to a point at the
southwestern side of Regal View (50 foot right of way); thence
along the southwestern side of Regal View South 11 degrees 48
minutes 13 seconds East a distance of 95.34 feet to a point, the
place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 38 on a Final Subdivision Plan for North Ridge Phase
II made by Hartman and Associates, Inc., for Fred A. Gettys and
recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 76, Page 74.
BEING the same premises which Fred A. Gettys and Yvonne W. Gettys,
husband and wife, granted and conveyed to Jodi L. Morris and
Christopher M. Morrow, single persons, Borrowers herein.
