COMPLAINT
AND NOW, this 22" day of April, 1999 comes the Plaintiff, Daniel Soto, by and
through his anomey, Joseph J. Dixon, Esquire, who respectfully avers as follows:
1. The Plaintiff is Daniel Soto, an adult individual who resides at 64 R Winter Lane, Eno1a,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17025.
2. The Defendant, Amos O. Rovenolt, is an adult individual who resides at RD 2 Box 211
Watsontown, Pennsylvania 17777.
3. The Defendant, Donald Rovenolt, is an adult individual who resides at RD 2 Box 211,
Watsontown, Pennsylvania 17777.
4. On or about September 3, 1998 at approximately 3:30 p.m., the Plaintiff was driving a
1980 Toyota Corolla motor vehicle southbound on Route 11 & 15 in Cumberland County
Pennsylvania.
5.
Because traffic was stopped at a traffic light at the intersection of Valley Road and Route
11 & IS in Eno1a, the Plaintiff stopped his motor vehicle in a line of traffic.
6.
At all times matetial hereto, the Defendant, Donald Rovenolt, was driving a motor
vehicle owned by the Defendant, Amos O. Rovenolt.
7, At all times material hereto, the Defendant, Donald Rovenolt had pennission from Amos
O. Rovenolt to drive the motor vehicle.
8. At said time and place, the Defendant, Donald Rovenolt, was driving a 1977 Chevrolet
Suburban motor vehicle southbound on Route II & 15.
