ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in the Borough of Camp
Hill, County of Cumberland, and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron ~in on the Western right of way line of North 25th
Street, said point be~n~ the Northeast corner of Lot No. 3A of Plan of
Lots recorded in Subdiv~sion Plan Book 45, page 90; thence continuing
along the dividing line between said Lot 3A the subject premises the
following courses and distances: 1) South 37 degrees 26 minutes 12
seconds West a distance of 73.01 feet to an iron pipe; 2) South 73
degrees 35 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 225.44 feet to a ~ost at
lands now or formerly of Horrace A. Johnson, et ux; thence continu~ng
along said lands of Johnson North 04 degrees 35 minutes 02 seconds West a
distance of 50,00 feet to an iron pin; thence along the dividing line of
Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 2 on the above referenced Akers Subdivision the
following courses and distances: 1) North 58 degrees 20 minutes 18
seconds East a distance of 143,34 feet to an iron pin; 2) North 79
degrees 28 minutes 11 seocnds East a distance of 115.64 feet to an iron
pin on the Western right of way line of North 25th Street; thence along
said Western right of way line by a curve to the left having a radius of
318.69 feet an arc length of 38.00 feet with a chord bearing of South 49
degrees 38 minutes 23 seconds East a distance of 37.98 feet to an iron
pin, the point and Place of BEGINNING.
